Kincora, the 1400-unit mixed-use development at Rt 7 & Rt 28 that was turned down by the Board of Supervisors in 2007, is BACK. This time, with an up to 5,500 fixed-seat Baseball Stadium thrown in. A County public input session will be held on Monday, July 20 at 6:30pm to express your concerns. Send an email to the Board today, asking them to turn down Kincora's premature special exception.
