The short explanation of this alert was:

In June, the Madison County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors voted to allow two 199 foot communications towers. On August 6, The Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting and consider approving a third 199' tower. Contact your officials and encourage them to consider the comprehensive plan, and adopt a cell tower policy (Click here to see Albemarle County's tower policy, an example worth considering) that takes the plan into account when making future decisions about communications towers in Madison County.
