PEC is pleased to announce this upcoming transmission line information briefing to update citizens regarding the status of the Dominion/TrAILCo applications, the hearing schedule and recent activity at the federal level with respect to the potential use of federal eminent domain. 

This information briefing is being co-sponsored by local grassroots organization Preserve Frederick.
